Welcome to 3411 Rabbit Run Path. This is our rental home located in The Villages, Florida. Our home, built in 2014, is located in the Village of Charlotte and is completely furnished with new appliances and new furniture. The kitchen has Hickory cabinets and all new stainless steel Whirlpool appliances. Other amenities include:

Relax on our spacious lanai which is 28' X 9'. Its amenities include:

* Char Broil 2 burner grill with outdoor grill pad
* Not one, but two ceiling fans!
* Painted lanai floor
* Brick Patio mirrors the Lanai and has separate seating
Master Bedroom & Bathroom

* 32" HDTV
* 2 walk in closets
* Chair
* Ceiling fan
* Two separate bath vanities
* Walk in tile shower (no tub in master bath)
Second Bedroom & Bathroom

Den
The Den is the same size as the 2nd bedroom but does not have a closet. It does have the following:
* Sleeper sofa

* Hard connection to internet (Wi-Fi is included as well)
* Ceiling fan
Laundry Room
The laundry room is connected to the garage and the hall leading to the kitchen.
It is in the interior of the home. It includes:
* Over & under counter lighting
* Whirlpool 3.8 cubic foot top load washer
* Whirlpool 7.2 cubic foot front load dryer
* Utility tub
* Ironing board & Iron (stored in 2nd bedroom closet)
* Bucket & cleaning rags
* Wet Swiffer (stored in hall linen closet)
Garage
The garage is a standard 2 car garage with an additional golf cart slot. Both garage doors have automatic openers. The garage contains:
* FIRE EXTINGUISTER
* Hose, bucket & step ladder
* Electric air pump, leaf blower
* Sweep brooms, wet/dry shop vac etc.
* Extension cord
* Tool box with misc. tools
* Bicycles & pool noodles
* 2 folding chairs
Miscellaneous
* Rental does not include a golf cart. But, we do have a cart that is available separately for rent, or golf carts can be rented from several local companies. Most will deliver carts to the home. Please click on the "Additional Information" tab above for golf cart rental information.
* The home does not have a dedicated phone number. Please use your cell phone for any calls.
* High speed wireless internet is included and there is a color printer in the den.
* You can use the mailbox during your stay
* No pets are allowed at any time.
* No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property at any time.
* Pools, golf and shopping are very close as is Brownwood
